"How a garment is made reflects the integrity of the person who made it."

■Saddle stitch on leather — two needles, two threads, every edge hand-stitched. The oldest and strongest leather technique. Not because it is trendy. Because it lasts.
■Hand skiving — leather edges reduced in thickness by hand before stitching. Most manufacturers skip this step. We do not.
■Three-gate quality control — Gate 1 on fabric before cutting. Gate 2 mid-production. Gate 3 final inspection on every unit. Problems caught early, not at delivery.
■Bundle system production — every job tracked on a job card from cut to finish. Nothing gets lost, nothing gets skipped.
■No bulk before sample approval — written sign-off required before a single piece is cut in bulk. Your product is built exactly to the standard you approved.

Sample

Every new style gets a sample before bulk production. Written sign-off required. Bulk does not start without it.

Confirm

60% deposit locks your production date. Materials sourced and confirmed on the floor before cutting begins.

Produce

Three-gate quality control throughout. Job card tracks every operation. You are updated at major milestones.

Deliver

Collection or delivery on Fridays and Mondays. Balance due before release. Clean, counted, packaged correctly.
